The indomitable spirit of the Vietnamese people in their struggle for national independence inspired peace-loving people around the world, including Indians, said visiting President of the World Peace Council (WPC) Pallab Sengupta, who is also General Secretary of the All India Peace and Solidarity Organisation (AIPSO).

International delegates at the 22nd Assembly of the World Peace Council (WPC) have spoken highly of Vietnam’s economic and social security achievements.

The 22nd Assembly of the World Peace Council is taking place in Hanoi and Quang Ninh province from November 21 to 26 - the first time it has been held in Vietnam.
