Following a reconfiguration of the AAG cable system from January 6-9, the AAGoperator found a new rupture on the system’s section S1 to Vietnam, and intendedto conduct a reconfiguration for the section from January 21-25. However, thework was completed in the evening of January 23.

Earlier, the Asia-Pacific Getaway (APG) was temporarily closed down on January6 when the APG cable was moved from current position to another place due tothe Singaporean Government’s plan to expand Changi International Airport.
