Vietnam’s first int’l real estate expo to open in HCM City

An exposition and a series of seminars on international real estate, VNREA EXPO, will be held in Ho Chi Minh City from September 20-24.
An exposition and a series of seminars on internationalreal estate, VNREA EXPO, will be held in Ho Chi Minh City fromSeptember 20-24.

According to the Vietnam RealEstate Association (VNREA), the expo will be an annual event to supportthe development of Vietnam ’s real estate market and the completion ofa policy system for this sector.

VNREA permanent vice chairman Tong Van Nga related that the event isexpected to draw 1,500 booths of real estate enterprises from at homeand abroad. It will introduce an overview of Vietnam ’s housing,residential areas, industrial zones and hotel construction projects andshowcase decorative products and construction materials as well as realestate management and brokering services.

Seminars on various topics, such as sources of capital for the domesticreal estate market, investment potential and opportunities in themarket, as well as issues related to providing low-income housing willbe held during the event.

Real estate experts will provide ideas on establishing a policy systemto develop the real estate market and field questions on this andrelated subjects.

The expo will also honour outstanding designers, real estate products and trading floors in localities nationwide.

According to the Ministry of Construction’s figures, Vietnam now hasmore than 1,000 real estate trading floors with over 8,000 licensedcertificates for real estate brokerage and assessment./.

Running from August 4 to September 2, under the hashtag #TuHaoVietNam, the campaign invites participants in two categories: “I Love My Country” video clips and “I Love My Country” check-in photos.
