Vietnamese students get Samsung Korean Scholarships
As many as 117 outstanding third-year and fourth-year students from six universities in Hanoi, Hue, Da Nang, and Da Lat cities will receive Samsung Korean Scholarships.

Hanoi (VNA)ꦚ – As many as 117 outstandingthird-year and fourth-year students from six universities in Hanoi, Hue, DaNang, and Da Lat cities will receive Samsung Korean Scholarships funded bySamsung Electronics Vietnam Co. Ltd.
The scholarships worth almost 6 billion VND (over264,000 USD) were announced at a programme launched on October 26 to develop Koreanlanguage skills at the targeted universities.
Samsung and the six universities will also sign amemorandum of understanding on improving Korean language training covering threemajor activities: granting scholarships, financing universities’ developmentfunds, and internship programmes for students.
Samsung Electronics Vietnam plans to run theprogramme annually.
