Singapore (VNA) - Vietnamese producers of natural and environmentally friendly giftand handicraft products are exhibiting their wares at a fair that opened inSingapore on July 10.

The 20th gift fair attracted 200 enterprises from many countries andterritories, including 10 Vietnamese exhibitors.

Taking handicrafts and gifts as a high value-added, labour-intensive commoditysector of Vietnam in the global market of handicrafts, Vietnamese firms are constantlyinnovating and improving the quality of its products.

To meet the increasing demand of consumers for environmentally friendlyproducts, many businesses have used 100 percent of natural materials.

The fair is a good opportunity for Vietnamese businesses specializing in handicraftproducts to introduce their wares as well as to seek partners to expand theexport market.

Through the fair, participating enterprises will be updated on the latesttrends in the field of gifts, thereby orienting the development of theirproducts in the future.-VNA

Under a draft to amend and supplement the Government's Decree 125/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations of tax and invoice regulations, the Ministry of Finance has proposed classifying the failure to issue invoices into five different levels. Infraction levels will correspond to fines of 1 million VND to 80 million VND, depending on the nature and number of invoicing violations.
