Duringthe meeting, the two sides discussed a cooperation plan between the US Embassy inVietnam and the VUFO in organising activities towards the 25th anniversaryof Vietnam-US diplomatic ties (July 12, 1995 - 2020).
Theyhighly valued effective coordination between the two countries in the COVID-19 fight, and confirmed to closely work in arranging activities to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the diplomatic ties, contributingto further promoting the Vietnam – US comprehensive partnership and the friendshipbetween the two countries' people.
