Hanoi (VNA)😼 – A working delegation led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Linh, Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council and Vice Chairman of the Scientific Council of Central Party Agencies, paid a working trip to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from September 1-7.

The visit aimed to foster experience exchanges in service of policymaking, digital transformation, and innovation, ultimately improving the quality of scientific research and consultation at central party agencies. The delegation engaged in a series of working sessions with major UAE establishments, including the United Arab Emirates University, the Khalifa University of Science and Technology, the TRENDS Research and Advisory, the Museum of the Future, and several sci-tech organisations under the UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology.
The hosts shared their country's remarkable achievements and experiences in scientific research and innovation, particularly in artificial intelligence, large-scale data systems, and human resources. They highlighted the importance of quality human resources in major research establishments and universities, and discussed mechanisms and policies for transferring and applying research results to socio-economic development.
