Hanoi (VNA) –
The Vietnamese governmenthas presented medical supplies, including 325,000 medical masks worth 20,000 USD, to Myanmaramidst COVID-19.

The medical supplies were handed over to the Myanmarside by Vietnamese Ambassador Ly Quoc Tuan at Yangon international airport onOctober 15.

The Myanmar side thanked theVietnamese government for its timely support as Myanmar is facing a shortage ofmedical supplies.

On October 14, Ambassador Chu Cong Phung, President ofthe Vietnam-Myanmar Friendship Association, handed over 540.75 million VND and42 boxes of medical supplies to the Myanmar Embassy in Vietnam.

Ho Chi Minh City that set up a twinning relationshipwith Myanmar’s Yangon region has also presented more than 13,000 masks to theMyanmar side./.

Running from August 4 to September 2, under the hashtag #TuHaoVietNam, the campaign invites participants in two categories: “I Love My Country” video clips and “I Love My Country” check-in photos.
