Addressing the handover ceremony held in thenorthern mountainous province of Lao Cai on August 5, the vicespecial advisor to the Chinese Trade Ministry in Kunming , ZhaoChuanyi, thanked the Vietnamese Party, Government and people for theirassistance, which, he said, reflected the Vietnam-China friendship.
