Vietnam, Mongolia sign procuracy cooperation

Vietnam Supreme People’s Procuracy and the Mongolia Prosecutor’s Office have signed a cooperation programme for the 2016-17 period, in a bid to foster their partnership.

The deal was inked followingtalks between Procurator General Nguyen Hoa Binh and Mongolian GeneralProsecutor M. Enkh-Amgalan on July 10, as part of the former’s ongoingvisit to Mongolia from July 10-13.

Binh said stronger procuracy collaboration with Mongolia would help fostering bilateral ties between the two countries.

He held that over the past years, the Supreme People’s Procuracy ofVietnam and the Mongolia Prosecutor’s Office have enjoyed a growingcooperation with regular meetings to exchange experience.

Mongolian General Prosecutor M.Enkh-Amgalan said the new cooperationagreement will contribute to deepening ties between the two procuracyagencies.

During his stay in Mongolia , Binh and theVietnamese delegation attended a ceremony to mark the 94 th anniversaryof Mongolia’s National Day and the National Naadam Festival. Healso visited a number of economic and cultural establishments inMongolia.-VNA

“I Love My Country” media campaign launched

Running from August 4 to September 2, under the hashtag #TuHaoVietNam, the campaign invites participants in two categories: “I Love My Country” video clips and “I Love My Country” check-in photos.

With a tight 13-month deadline, the move is under a strategic and urgent policy to bridge educational gaps, train the local workforce, and shore up territorial sovereignty in some of the country’s most remote areas.
