Vietnam joins charity fair in Ukraine

The Vietnamese Embassy in Ukraine participated in a charity bazaar in Kiev together with over 40 embassies and international organisations based in the capital.

Moscow (VNA) – The VietnameseEmbassy in Ukraine has participated in a charity bazaar in Kiev together with over40 embassies and international organisations based in the capital.

The Vietnamese booth showcased traditional agricultural products, medicines andhandicrafts. Vietnamese food, tourism and cultural products were also ondisplay. 

The embassy donated the proceeds to the Ukrainian Red Cross Society tosupport poor people and children with disabilities in Ukraine. 

The annual event, held by the International Women’s Club of Kiev, aimsto raise funds for disadvantaged women, children, elderly and disabled peoplein Ukraine. 

🅷 It also serves as an opportunity for international organisations toboost cultural exchanges and strengthen ties with the host country.-VNA

“I Love My Country” media campaign launched

Running from August 4 to September 2, under the hashtag #TuHaoVietNam, the campaign invites participants in two categories: “I Love My Country” video clips and “I Love My Country” check-in photos.

With a tight 13-month deadline, the move is under a strategic and urgent policy to bridge educational gaps, train the local workforce, and shore up territorial sovereignty in some of the country’s most remote areas.
