State President Luong Cuong met with Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly on the afternoon of August 5 (local time), within the framework of his State visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt.
State President Luong Cuong led a high-ranking delegation to the Arab League (AL) headquarters in Cairo on August 4, where he had a meeting with AL Secretary-General, Ahmed Aboul Gheit.
