Hanoi (VNA) – The Vietnam International Trade Fair- VIETNAM EXPO willreturn to Hanoi on its 28th edition from April 11-14.

Themed “Enhancing regional and global economic links”, the fair is expected todraw the participation of 450 domestic and foreign firms from 23 countries andterritories worldwide, including Russia, the Republic of Korea, China, Nepal,Thailand, Japan, Singapore, Cuba, Laos, Hong Kong (China) and Taiwan (China).

On display at 500 booths will be machines, building materials, electricity,electronics and IT, food, beverage, agricultural products and health careproducts.

Other events to be held within the expo will be an export promotion forum,symposiums and industrial zone fact-finding tours.

After 27 years, VIETNAM EXPO has become a large-scale trade promotion event ofthe industrial sector. It has brought about numerous economic values as well asopportunities for Vietnamese enterprises to boost exports and branch outdomestic market.-VNA

♉ Maximum fine of 3,000 USD proposed for violating invoice regulations

Under a draft to amend and supplement the Government's Decree 125/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations of tax and invoice regulations, the Ministry of Finance has proposed classifying the failure to issue invoices into five different levels. Infraction levels will correspond to fines of 1 million VND to 80 million VND, depending on the nature and number of invoicing violations.
