Hanoi (VNA) - Prime Minister Pham Minඣh Chinh on July 4 sent a message of congratulations to Kim Min Seok on his appointment as Prime Minister of t🐭he Republic of Korea (RoK).

Diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the RoK were established on December 22, 1992, and elevated to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in 2022./.
