Vietnam attends largest int’l land, air-land defence, security exhibition in Paris

Hanoi (VNA) – A delegation of the Ministry of Defence led by Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA), is attending EUROSATORY 2024, the largest international exhibition for the land and air-land defence and security industry underway in France from June 17-21.

This year’s exhibition houses 2,000 booths from 62 countries, and is expected to welcome 62,000 visitors from 150 nations and 250 delegations from 96 ones. Since 1998, the Vietnamese Defence Ministry has sent its delegation to the biennial exhibition to update new technologies, scientific and technological advances, and equipment development trends of other countries' armies; and promote cooperation opportunities.

On the sidelines of the event, the Vietnamese delegation had meetings with r𒆙epresen🔴tatives from several units of the French Ministry of Armed Forces./.
