Inhis remarks, Vietnamese Ambassador Dang Xuan Dung said after more than 30 yearsof reform, Vietnam has reaped remarkable development achievements, with thenational gross domestic product (GDP) in 2018 growing 7.08 percent, the highestpace over the past decade.
Thecountry’s total export-import value in the year reached 482 billion USD, up12.2 percent year-on-year, and inflation rate was controlled at 3.54 percent,the diplomat said.

Hestressed that following the visit to Vietnam by Argentine President MauricioParci last February and the signing of a joint statement affirming commitmentsof the two countries to further enhancing the bilateral economic and tradeties, businesses of both sides should step up their connectivity by exchangingdelegations and participating in commercial events and trade fairs in eachcountry.
