Vietnam Airlines serves Tay Ninh’s products on its flights

Tay Ninh (VNA) – National flag carrier VietnamAirlines will serve agricultural products of Tay Ninh and promote the southernprovince’s images on its flights.

Under a cooperation deal signed recently withthe provincial People’s Committee, Vietnam Airlines will purchase and servesuitable agricultural and other products that are produced by using hightechnology and meet international standards of Tay Ninh on its flights.

The carrier will also popularise the provincethrough its Heritage magazine and promotional videos on its flights. It willassist Tay Ninh to promote local tourism at Vietnam Airlines’ offices andpavilions at domestic and international fairs.

Additionally, the two sides will work togetherto build tour packages to famous destinations of Tay Ninh and organise tourism,cultural and sports programmes in the province.

Vietnam Airlines will also sponsor some nationaland international cultural and tourism events in Tay Ninh province from 2019 to2024.

Meanwhile, the Tay Ninh People’s Committee willintroduce capable suppliers of agricultural and other products to VietnamAirlines and prioritise using its services.

Director General of Vietnam Airlines Duong TriThanh said over the past years, his firm has continually enhanced cooperationwith provinces and cities to help with tourism and trade promotion andcontribute to the country’s economic development. 

Right in April, the carrier is offering itspassengers fruit specialties that are now in season in Tay Ninh province suchas honeydew melon and pear shaped melon.

Earlier, other Vietnamese fruits were also served on VietnamAirlines’ flights like Bac Giang lychees, Hung Yen longans and Hoa Locmangoes.-VNA
