Vietjet launches two new routes to Japan’s Nagoya, Fukuoka

Hanoi (VNA) - Vietjet has launched two new routes connecting Ho Chi Minh Cit🅷y with Nagoya and Fukuoka - two dist𓆉inctive cities in Japan.

The two new routes were inaugurated with a warm welcome from Vietjet’s leadership as well as local people and tourists in Ho Chi Minh City, Nagoya, and Fukuoka. The Ho Chi Minh City – Nagoya route officially began operations on April 24 with with four return flights per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The Ho Chi Minh City – Fukuoka route was launched on April 25 with three return flights per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
With these two newly launched routes, Vietjet increases the total number of weekly flights connecting Vietnam with Japan to 138, covering major cities such as Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, and Hiroshima. This milestone is an important step in the airline’s strategy to expand its flight network. Nagoya and Fukuoka are both distinctive cities in Japan, offering tourists opportunities to explore unique culture, history, and cuisine. Nagoya, a major commercial and industrial hub, is known for its modern architecture. Meanwhile, Fukuoka, located on Kyushu island, is renowned for its ancient temples and expansive parks. Under a draft to amend and supplement the Government's Decree 125/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations of tax and invoice regulations, the Ministry of Finance has proposed classifying the failure to issue invoices into five different levels.
