The honour highlights Vietjet's achievements in providing top-quality services, the best network and schedules and for being the most agent-friendly airline in terms of reservations and confirmations, as well as having the most professional sales and marketing team that comes up with innovative ideas, exciting incentive programs and groundbreaking services.
The award is a tremendous recognition of Vietjet's operations and services over the past years and puts Vietnam's aviation industry on the regional and global transportation and travel map, Vietjet Air Vice President Nguyen Thi Thuy Binh said.
The annual TTG Travel Awards have been organised by TTG Asia since 1989. The award winners are decided through votes from readers of TTG Travel Trade Publishing's prints and online titles such as TTG China, TTG India, TTGmice and TTGassociations, as well as TTG-BTmice China and TTG Asia Luxury from May to July every year.
These publications' readers are mainly travel agents, tour operators, hoteliers and travellers. In 2015, the awards honoured more than 80 winners in the four categories of "Travel Supplier Awards", "Travel Agency Awards", "Outstanding Achievement Awards" and Honorary "Travel Hall of Fame" covering services, products, organisations and individuals across the global travel industry.
