The TFP, initiated by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), aims toprovide guarantees and loans to its member banks to supportinternational trade.
They provide financialsupport for import-export enterprises and improve production efficiencyand competitiveness in the market.
The VIB, which joined the TFP in 2009, is one of the ten Vietnamese banks in the programme.
