Tourism management platform ezCloud launched

The Ministry of Information and Communications on December 11 in Hanoi launched ezCloud, a tourism business and management platform to help local enterprises adapt to the digital age in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Hanoi (VNA) - The Ministry of Information and Communications onDecember 11 in Hanoi launched ezCloud, a tourism business and managementplatform to help local enterprises adapt to the digital age in the Fourth IndustrialRevolution.

The platform was created by ezCloud Global Technology Ltd and can be used toaid hoteliers simplify both their management and business. For example, theplatform can be utilised to supervise all activities going on at a hotel, suchas monitoring the number of guests, revenue, reservations, room availability,along with both check-in and check-out activities.

It also provides tools for firms to sell accommodation services andentertainment tickets through a variety of platforms, such as mobile phones,laptops, and tablets.

In addition, customers will be able to directly connect with businesses to takepart in online transactions from the website or social network.

At the launching ceremony, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications NguyenHuy Dung proposed the ministry’s Authority of Information TechnologyApplication (AITA) work closely alongside the Vietnam National Administrationof Tourism to inform travel firms about the ezCloud platform so that they canmake use of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

The ezCloud platform has been present in the Vietnamese market for the pastfive years, with many travel firms utilising it as a digital tool to simplifytheir operational management. Currently, the platform is present in fivecountries, while it already has over 6,000 customers in the Vietnamese market./.
