Hosted by Vietnam’s Ministry of Home Affairs in Hanoi on June 23–24, the 12th Meeting of the AD HOC Working Group to Develop the ASCC Strategic Plan brought together delegates from all ASEAN member states and the ASEAN Secretariat, with a delegation from Timor-Leste attending as an observer. Malaysia and the Philippines co-chaired the event.

The ASEAN Secretariat held a press conference in Jakarta, Indonesia, on October 15 to announce the results of the 44th and 45th ASEAN Summits and Related Summits in Vientiane, Laos.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will lead a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to an ASEAN leaders’ meeting to be held at the headquarters of the ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta, Indonesia from April 23-24.
