The same day, the PowerGeneration Corporation 2 (EVNGENCO 2), a subsidiary of Vietnam Electricity,together with Binh Dinh Power Company donated 40 desktops to three elementaryand secondary schools in the central province of Binh Dinh. EVNGENCO 2 previously presented40 desktops to schools in Phu Yen province. The aid totaling 800 million VNDwas given to those which were hit the hardest during recent storms and floods. Earlier, the powercompany presented 2.2 billion VND to the two central provinces of Quang Tri andQuang Nam to help local people overcome losses caused by natural disasters.Staff members also joined blood donation drives and supported various agenciesand localities in battling COVID-19./.
