Three Thai boats have been arrested for illegally fishing in Vietnam’s waters, according to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in the southern province of Ca Mau.

Three Thai boats have been arrested for illegally fishing in Vietnam’s waters, according to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in the southern province of Ca Mau.
The Ca Mau Sub-Department of Exploitation and Protection of Fisheries Resources and the Coast Guard Zone 4 captured the three boats while they were illegally fishing in the waters of Ca Mau province, about 15 nautical miles northwest from the DK10 platform on September 22. The boats are being detained by the Coast Guard Zone 4 for handling in accordance with the law of Vietnam and international practice.-VNA
