Hanoi (VNA) – BacGiang needs to pay further attention to poverty alleviation and human resourcesdevelopment serving ethnic work, President Nguyen Xuan Phuc urged the northernprovince on May 12.
During a meeting withdelegates of ethnic minority groups from the northern province, the State leadernoted that the province must also attach importance to building a strongpolitical system so that ethnic people will always place their trust on theParty.
He urged the province totake care of ethnic minority children’s study and better implement majorprogrammes involving ethnic people.
