U23 Vietnam started theirsecond match with a high mood after their 3-0 win against Indonesia two daysago, while the underdogged the Philippines had a cautious approach althoughthey had a 4-0 win against the Timor Leste also two days ago. SEA Games 31, themed “For a Stronger South East Asia”, willbe held in the capital and 11 neighbouring provinces and cities from May 12 to23.
