Hanoi (VNA) – The British Business Group Vietnam (BBGV) will hold the second Fun Run for Charity at the Ecopark urban area in the northern province of Hung Yen on November 6 to raise money for flood vi🐓ctims in Vietnam’s central provinces.

This will be the biggest charity event held by the BBGV.
Christopher Jeffery, Vice-Chair of BBGV and Dean of British University Vietnam said that as central provinces have suffered heavily because of recent flooding, this time BBGV will donate all the proceeds collected in the event to people in the region.
Fun Run for Charity was first held in Ho Chi Minh City in 2000. In the past 16 years, the event drew the participation of over 85,000 people and raised about 9 billion VND (403,200 USD), which was used to support wildlife conservation, health, education and welfare improvement.  In 2015, the event attracted more than 2,000 participants.-VNA
