Four airports in the central region of Vietnam have resumed operations on October 27 afternoon after Typhoon Trami made its way through the region.

The capital city of Hanoi attracted more than 1.13 billion USD of foreign direct investment (FDI) in the first four months of this year, with 73 new projects worth over 1 billion USD and 47 projects permitted to increase a combined investment capital of 79 million USD.

The number of newly-established enterprises in the first five months of the year was 62,961, up 12.9 percent over the same period in 2021, according to the General Statistics Office (GSO).
