Accordingly, on National Road 9 crossing Huong Hoa district, the border guardofficers at the Lao Bao International Border Gate and other forces from the provincialBorder Guards arrested a suspect who was illegally transporting 1,680 methpills.
Dao Duy Khanh, born in 1984and residing in Cam Thuy commune, Cam Lo district, was caught red-handed while transportingthe drugs which were hidden in his motorbike.
The same day, also at this location, Nguyen Huu Dong, 39, residing in My Trachcommune, Bo Trach district, was arrested when he was attempting to transport 748meth pills. The border guard force seized a number of relevant exhibits.
Police from the northern mountainous province of Dien Bien have arrested three people trafficking 135 bricks of heroin and 500,000 synthetic drug pills.
