President of the Savannakhet trade unions federation Vannalat Hongxathilat said he hopes to learn from Quang Tri’s experience in building grassroots trade unions in businesses and raising funds to implement trade union activities.
The same day, the Lao guests met with Permanent Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Chau, who highlighted their visit to Quang Tri as a vivid illustration of Vietnam – Laos friendship and cooperation.-VNA
