Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on May 3 received Vice Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference Ho Hau Wah, who is on a working visit to Vietnam.
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on May 3 received Vice Chairman of theChinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Ho Hau Wah,describing his working visit as a practical contribution to the twocountries’ wide-ranging cooperation.

Vietnamand China have enjoyed a traditional and friendly relationship, andthen lifted their ties to a comprehensive strategic partnership, Dungtold the Chinese official, who is former head of the Macau SpecialAdministrative Region.

Vietnam will try its best,together with China, to further develop the cooperation for the benefitof both nations, Dung stressed.

He proposed the twosides continuing facilitating economic, trade and investment activitiesbetween their businesses, and the Chinese side creating favourableconditions for the Vietnamese community in the country.

Ho told Dung that the Vietnam-China comprehensive strategicpartnership has brought practical benefits for the development of thetwo countries over the past time, applauding Vietnam ’ssocio-economic and national construction achievements that he witnessedduring the visit.

China treasures its ties withVietnam, said Ho, adding that his visit aims to further strengthenthe friendship and mutual understanding between the two nations, as wellas bilateral cooperation in economics, trade and investment.
