Tra admitted to the charge of infringing upon the legal rights and benefits of individuals and State organisations.
Since the beginning of last month, Tra had written several entries onher blog criticising a State official and his family for their patronageof some showbiz beauties. She also attacked the organisation theofficial works for as a whole. The blogger's allegations, which wereclaimed by the official to have damaged his honour and dignity, wereverified to be false and groundless.
