Petrol prices up nearly 1,000 VND per litre from October 11

Retail petrol prices increased by nearly 1,000 VND per litre from 3pm on October 11 following the latest adjustment by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance.

Hanoi (VNA) - Retail petrol prices increased by nearly 1,000 VND per litre from 3pm on October11 following the latest adjustment by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry ofFinance.
The retail price of E5RON92 bio-fuel increased 967VND to a maximum of 21,683 VND (0.95 USD) per litre, while that of RON95-IIIrose 934 VND to no more than 22,879 VND per litre.
The prices of diesel 0.05S and kerosene, meanwhile, went up 959VND and 979 VND to 17,545 VND and 16,622 VND per litre, respectively.
According to the two ministries, the prices of petrol and oilin the global market have been rising in recent times due to the increasing demandas economies around the world are gradually recovering, resulting inthe domestic price hike this time.
