The revolutionary road later broughthim to the United Kingdom , the United States of America and manyother countries, including Thailand during 1928-29, when he calledhimself Thau Chin.

Thailand has built twosites of President Ho’s relics, one in Nong-on, Udon Thani province andthe other in Najok, Nakhon Phanom province.

An Overseas Vietnamese named Chau KimQuoi said his compatriots in Thailand have handed down stories aboutUncle Ho with his ideology, marvellous achievements and teachings, fromgeneration to generation, in an effort to preserve the Vietnameseidentity overseas.

Nguyen Tuan Anh, a student fromthe Asia Institute of Technology (AIT), said Uncle Ho is the Vietnamesenation’s pride and Vietnamese students in Thailand pledged to followhis example and contribute their knowledge to building an independent,peaceful and prosperous Vietnam./.

Running from August 4 to September 2, under the hashtag #TuHaoVietNam, the campaign invites participants in two categories: “I Love My Country” video clips and “I Love My Country” check-in photos.
