Over 340 citizens brought home from Russia

Vietnamese agencies, the Vietnamese Embassy in Russia and national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines coordinated with the Russian sides to bring more than 340 citizens home on September 9-10.

Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnamese agencies, the Vietnamese Embassy inRussia and national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines coordinated with the Russiansides to bring more than 340 citizens home on September 9-10.

The citizens are mainly graduates without accommodations.

The Vietnamese Embassy sent officials to help them at airport.

All passengers underwent medical examinations, and were quarantined upon landingat Cam Ranh International Airport in the central province of Khanh Hoa.

In the comingtime, Vietnamese authorities and overseas missions plan to arrange flights tobring Vietnamese citizens home, depending on their desire to return andquarantine capacity at home./.

“I Love My Country” media campaign launched

Running from August 4 to September 2, under the hashtag #TuHaoVietNam, the campaign invites participants in two categories: “I Love My Country” video clips and “I Love My Country” check-in photos.

With a tight 13-month deadline, the move is under a strategic and urgent policy to bridge educational gaps, train the local workforce, and shore up territorial sovereignty in some of the country’s most remote areas.

♐ Tour boats in Ha Long Bay to complete AIS installation by August 15
