Ba Ria – Vung Tau (VNA) ♊– More than 1,000 domestic and foreign business people were brought together at the 6th meeting of the Business Network International (BNI), seeking to learn from each other’s experience and sharpen their managerial knowledge and skills.
Under the theme “Trust to Abundance”, this year’s gathering, in the southern province of Ba Ria – Vung Tau on July 15-16, is the biggest of its kind so far.
Various activities were held during the meeting such as sharing investment opportunities in Ba Ria – Vung Tau, leadership training, fund-raising for impoverished students, and team building.
BNI Vietnam was established in 2010 and is home to 2,400 members at 60 representative offices in 22 cities and provinces nationwide, including those in major cities like Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Can Tho, Lam Dong, and Ba Ria – Vung Tau.
From August 2010 to June 2016, BNI Vietnam helped businesses to forge links and gross over 11.49 trillion VND (505.56 million USD) in revenues.
Ba Ria-Vung Tau boasts competitive advantages, notably the deep seaport system, favourable transport network, and abundant human resources.
It will focus on developing the gas-power-fertiliser industry, support industry, environmentally friendly industry, seaport, hi-end tourism and hi-tech agriculture.-VNA
