The 5m long whale was found by Ngo VanThuan and Ngo Van Thuy - two fishermen in Le Thuy district, on themorning of May 22.
The fishermen then pulled theanimal to the shore and reported to the local People’s Committee. Thesame day, local authorities, coastguards and fishermen worked to returnit to the sea safely.
According to Ngo Gia Ngai,Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ngu Thuy Trung commune, Le Thuydistrict, late last year, local fishermen also released a sea turtleweighing nearly 400 kg.-VNA
