The annual ranking was released by Skytrax, a UK-based consultancy that runs ayearly airline and airport review based on votes by international airtravelers.
Noi Bai airport, about 35 km north of Hanoi's downtown, first gained a place onthe list in 2016 when the second terminal was put into operation.
The airport has improved its management quality while increasing channels toreceive passenger feedback through email, hotline, website, social media, andthe eSmile platform.
It also provides passengers with free wifi and mobile phone charging outlets, alongwith enhancing its landscape and facilities.
Also according to the ACV, Da Nang International Airport has also been namedamong the top 10 improved airports in the world by Skytrax.
