New book highlights public trust in Party leader-President Nguyen Phu Trong
The Nhan Dan newspaper and the Su That (Truth) National Political Publishing House have coordinated to publish a book on Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong.

Hanoi (VNA) – The NhanDan newspaper and the Su That (Truth) National Political PublishingHouse have coordinated to publish a book on PartyGeneral Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong.
The book was introduced toministries, agencies, organisations and schools at an event in Hanoi on June20.
The 600-page book collectsarticles by scholars, writers, artists, journalists, officials, workers and theleader’s colleagues and old friends. Some of them have never met the Partyleader in person, but only know him through the mass media.
The articles are arranged inthree parts, the first of which introduced the Party leader’s life since he wasa student and his career, during which he had held various positions, fromEditor-in-Chief of the Communist Review to Vice Secretary then Secretary of theParty Committee of Hanoi, Vice Chairman then Chairman of the CentralTheoretical Council, Chairman of the National Assembly, General Secretary ofthe Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee (CPV CC), and Party GeneralSecretary and President at present. The authors remember the leader as a smart,honest and dedicated official who is always enthusiastic about work and responsibletowards the Party, the people and the country.
The second part is dedicated toarticles on the Party leader’s contributions to the national reform, especiallysince he served as Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee to present.
Be from any angle, the authors allaffirmed that Secretary General and President Phu Trong is a leader with far-sightedstrategic vision and high sense of justice when dealing with specific matters.
The third part comprisesarticles on the leader’s external activities, particularly his trips to foreigncountries which contributed to the success of the country’s external policy andinternational integration.
