Nearly 450 companies are showcasing their products at the Vietbuild Home International Exhibition that opened on March 24, the first of three such events taking place in Hanoi in the coming months.

🐠 – Nearly 450 companies are showcasing their products at the Vietbuild Home International Exhibition that opened on March 24, the first of three such events taking place in Hanoi in the coming months.

They included 216 domestic firms, 171 joint ventures, and 63 foreign groups and companies from 16 countries including; the Republic of Korea (RoK), Japan, the UK, Malaysia, Thailand, Germany, Singapore, the US, Indonesia, France and China.
Vietbuild 2016 has 1,350 booths displaying products and materials used in the fields of construction, real estate, architecture, interior and exterior decoration and solar energy systems. Participants have brought their latest products and services, including green solutions and energy-saving technologies and offered numerous discount programmes to lure customers.
Deputy Minister of Construction Le Quang Hung said Vietbuild has contributed significantly to promoting trade, investment and technology exchanges in the construction sector. Nguyen Tran Nam, Chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Association, said Vietbuild helps connect international and local construction enterprises with consumers, thus contributing to the sustainable development of the sector. A number of workshops and seminars will be organised on the sidelines of the exhibition, focusing on new products and technology in the field.-VNA

🔯 Maximum fine of 3,000 USD proposed for violating invoice regulations

Under a draft to amend and supplement the Government's Decree 125/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations of tax and invoice regulations, the Ministry of Finance has proposed classifying the failure to issue invoices into five different levels. Infraction levels will correspond to fines of 1 million VND to 80 million VND, depending on the nature and number of invoicing violations.
