A national exhibition on children’s paintings will open in Hanoi on May 27 to mark International Children’s Day (June 1).
A national exhibition on children’s paintings will open in Hanoi on May 27 to mark International Children’s Day (June 1).

The exhibition will feature about 400 paintings selected from 34,250entries submitted for a painting contest launched for children in 574schools across the country.

The paintings on display will show children’s love for their families and teachers as well as scenes of student life.

The exhibition is part of a biennial programme of children’s paintingsco-organised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; theMinistry of Education and Training; and the Ho Chi Minh Communist YouthUnion, with the aim of promoting art in schools.-VNA
