Hanoi (VNA)ဣ - About 86.7 percent of the listed companies on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) made profits in the fourth quarter of last year.

However, their combined profit in Q4 2015 fell 27.7 percent compared with the same period of 2014.
The number of firms that reported losses in the last quarter of 2015 accounted for 13.3 percent of the total listed firms, with the combined loss registering a 27.7 percent increase, when compared with the same period of 2014.
As of February 2, 97.6 percent, or 207 out of 212 firms that were not parent companies, published their Q4 2015 financial reports, a slight decline of 0.9 percent year-on-year. HNX said the listed parent companies had to publish their fourth-quarter financial reports of 2015 on February 15.-VNA

Under a draft to amend and supplement the Government's Decree 125/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations of tax and invoice regulations, the Ministry of Finance has proposed classifying the failure to issue invoices into five different levels. Infraction levels will correspond to fines of 1 million VND to 80 million VND, depending on the nature and number of invoicing violations.
