Addressing the Vietnam-Spain Business Forum held in Ho Chi Minh City on April 10 within the framework of his official visit to Vietnam, PM Sánchez said that in 2009, Spain became the first country in the European Union (EU) to establish a Strategic Partnership with Vietnam.
