The festival,dedicated to both parents who are living and thosewho passed away, will fall on August 30 or the 15th day of the 7th lunar month.
Intraditional markets in Hanoi, prices of fruits, flowers and food have increasedslightly by 5-10% from the usual days. Vegetarian food offerings are becoming a trend for manyfamilies during this time.
