Leaders extend sympathy to China over deadly quake

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also offeredhis condolences to Chinese State Councilor Yang Jiechi, ForeignMinister Wang Yi, and the Secretary of the Party Committee and theGovernor of Yunnan province.
