These opinions are pertaining to the adjustment and structure scale ofthe draft law and the apparatus, tasks and power of the Government andPrime Minister.
Some suggested specifying thequantity and names of the ministries and relevant agencies in the law;establishing the Ministry of gender equality or the Ministry of women,family and children; and stipulating the duties of ministers and headsof relevant agencies.
A majority of opinionsrecommended fine-tuning regulations on specific tasks and power of theGovernment along the direction of specifying the contents featured inArticle 96 of the Constitution and similar to the Law on organisation ofthe National Assembly.
