Latest advertising technologies on display at VietAd 2018
The 9th Vietnam International Advertising Equipment and Technology Exhibition (VietAd) opened at Phu Tho Indoor Sports Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City on August 8.
HCM City (VNA) – The 9th VietnamInternational Advertising Equipment and Technology Exhibition (VietAd) openedat Phu Tho Indoor Sports Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City on August 8.
This year’s event features 350 booths of nearly150 domestic and foreign businesses, showcasing printing machinery, advertisingmaterials and gifts, LED technology and advertising services, according to headof the organising board Nguyen Thanh Dao.
It also includes a conference themed VietAdBusiness Matching 2018 with a view to helping ad companies of Vietnam meet withthose from other countries like Japan, the Republic of Korea, China and Myanmarto share experience and seek partnerships.
As part of the exhibition, a workshop will alsobe held to look into Vietnam’s advertising market in the first half of thisyear.
Nguyen Truong Son, Standing Vice Chairman andSecretary General of the Vietnam Advertising Association, said first held in2010, VietAd has established itself in the region and become the biggestadvertising equipment and technology in Vietnam.
It is growing into a prestigious, practical andeffective event for domestic and foreign firms to update the latest advertisingequipment and technologies, thereby helping to promote the development of theadvertising sector in the country.
VietAd 2018, scheduled to last through August11, expects to welcome more than 10,000 visitors, including industry insidersfrom other countries.
The annual event is organised by the VietnamAdvertising Association, the HCM City Advertising Association and the Dong NamAdvertising and Commercial Promotion JSC. –VNA
