Among them, only 12 are alive and were able to receive the title at a ceremony held in Nha Trang city on October 21.
Speaking at the event, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Chien Thang urged local authorities, organisations and individuals to take more care of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids and those who contributed to the nation’s revolution.
