Hanoi (VNA) –
The VietnamInternational Packaging, Label, Thermal Transfer, Printing Technology Equipmentand Supplies Exhibition 2019 (VPSE 2019) kicked off in Hanoi on March 20.

The annual event was initiated by Dong NamAdvertising and Commercial Promotion JSC and held in conjunction with theVietnam International Advertising Equipment and Technology Exhibition (VIETAD2019).

It offers a good opportunity for domestic andforeign organisations and enterprises to seek partners, transfer technologies,and develop business, contributing to increasing the quality andcompetitiveness of products, according to Vice Chairman of the VietnamAdvertising Association Nghiem Truong Son.

The VPSE 2019 features nearly 500 pavilionsdisplaying a wide range of products in these fields.

The event will run until March 23 and isexpected to attract over 10,000 visitors.–VNA

𝓀 Maximum fine of 3,000 USD proposed for violating invoice regulations

Under a draft to amend and supplement the Government's Decree 125/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations of tax and invoice regulations, the Ministry of Finance has proposed classifying the failure to issue invoices into five different levels. Infraction levels will correspond to fines of 1 million VND to 80 million VND, depending on the nature and number of invoicing violations.
