Int’l agriculture trade fair to kick off in Hanoi next month

Hanoi (VNA) – The 16th International Agriculture Trade Fair - AgroViet 2016 will open from November 11-15 in Hanoi to introduce regional localities and safe agricultural products with technology advances.
The fair, organised by the Trade Promotion Centre for Agriculture (AGRITRADE) under Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, offers an opportunity for participating businesses to promote trade activities, explore domestic market and strengthen ties with customers.
Themed “Agricultural products with high quality and food safety”, only businesses with food hygiene and safety certificate are eligible to attend the event, said Dao Van Ho, Director of AGRITRADE.
The organiser will set up a quick testing centre that visitors can check their goods’ quality at the fair, he added.
About 300 domestic and international businesses will show their products at 400 booths.
